Digital Product Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Digital Product Policy

All of our products are digital downloads, which means they are delivered electronically and do not involve the shipping of physical goods. As such, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the order has been processed.

No Refund Policy

Because digital files are immediately accessible after purchase and cannot be “returned,” we are unable to offer refundsunder any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • You purchased the wrong item

  • You changed your mind after purchase

  • You did not understand what the product includes (please read descriptions carefully)

  • Incompatibility with your device or software

  • Download issues due to poor internet connection

File Access and Download Support

If you experience technical issues accessing your digital files or did not receive your download link, please reach out to us immediately. We are happy to help you access your purchase and ensure the files are delivered properly.

Damaged or Corrupted Files

If a file is damaged, incomplete, or doesn’t match the product listing, we will gladly replace it with a corrected version of the same product. Please contact us with the order number and a description of the issue.

⚠️ Note: We do not offer replacements for user error (e.g., accidental deletion, software incompatibility, or modifications made by the customer).

Unauthorized Distribution

All digital products purchased are for personal use only, unless otherwise stated. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use without explicit permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

For EU Customers – Digital Content Exemption

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, digital content is exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period if the download or streaming has started with the consumer’s prior consent. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your digital download will be available immediately, and

  • You waive your right to withdraw from the purchase once the download begins.
